Stationary Full Extension/Full Recovery
- Start stationary and in good hockey player position with knees over toes. Fully extend leg out 45 degrees, pointing the toe out, and bring it back underneath. Alternate legs.
- Can add resistance band if available.
Stride Lunge
- Start in good v-diamond position. Lunge 45 degrees from one foot to the other, controlling your landing and coming back to v-diamond position before going on to the next lunge.
Stride Jump
- Start in good v-diamond position. Jump 45 degrees from one foot to the other, controlling your landing and coming back to v-diamond position before going on to the next jump.
Cross Under Extension
- Start with feet crossed. Extend the back foot out with toe pointing out, while dropping down with front foot’s leg. Return back to crossed feet position.

Single Leg Squat with Ground Touch
- While keeping good upper body posture, squat with a single leg until you can touch the ground.
Side Plank with leg lift
- Keeping your hips off the ground, hold the side plank while lifting your other leg in the air.
Push Up Position Self Catch
- Holding a strong pushup position throw a ball up with one hand and catch it with the other.
Wall Ball Saves
- Throw your ball against the wall and save it. Use where the wall meets the floor or a reaction ball to add unpredictability.
180 Squat Jumps
- Out of a squat, jump 180 degrees, keeping good upper body posture.
